Refund & Returns Policy

At Kiooinsitu, every piece is lovingly handcrafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. Because of the handmade nature of our jewellery, each piece is unique and made with care.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new or slightly used condition and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp before sending any item back.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange items in the event of a manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
